Niiss\u00e4 kun ei juurikaan ole vaimennuksia, joten jalka joutuu normaalia(sanan mukaisesti) kovemmalle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*******************************************************************************************************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I got excited about barefoot running around 2006, when I was writing an article for <em>Juoksija<\/em> magazine about the American \u201cBarefoot Bob,\u201d who was becoming something of a cult figure on the other side of the Atlantic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the time, I also tested a few pairs of barefoot shoes, but I never quite got the feel for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every summer, I ran barefoot in a meadow sheltered by the forests of Espoo Central Park. A few times I also ran on asphalt, which was definitely not a good idea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My feet became really sore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I gave trail running shoes another chance when I received them from my sponsor, Merrell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At first I used them as gym shoes, then I started walking in them, and later running.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As recently as this morning, I went for a run on the forest trails of Nuuksio. I have Merrell\u2019s so-called zero-drop winter running shoes, which I wore, among other places, on the Vatnaj\u00f6kull glacier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s worth getting your feet used to barefoot shoes very gradually.
