Jossain vaiheessa aion vet\u00e4\u00e4 per\u00e4ss\u00e4 auton rengasta, mutta palaan siihen asiaan, kun se asia konkretisoituu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*************************************************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The start of the 1,000 km Sahara adventure run is exactly 250 days away!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Training is going well, and I\u2019ve stayed healthy (knock on wood\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ve increased my training volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Monday and yesterday, Thursday, I even logged three training sessions in a single day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These \u201ctriple days\u201d are always followed by a rest day, today included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In January 2026 I am not quite in 1,000 km shape yet, but by October I will be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s good to give the body new stimuli.
