When we talk about protecting this planet,<\/strong> the conversation often feels distant.
Too big. Too complex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Someone else\u2019s responsibility.<\/strong>..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But what if the missing piece is ownership<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ownership doesn\u2019t mean we own the Earth in the sense of control or entitlement.
It means something much deeper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It means responsibility. Care. Attention.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Think about how we treat things we truly own.
We don\u2019t neglect them.
We don\u2019t abuse them.
We take care of them, not because we\u2019re forced to, but because we feel connected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The planet<\/strong> doesn\u2019t need more spectators.
It needs more owners<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For me, taking ownership means asking a simple question:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What can I personally do, with the skills and limits I have?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My answer is running.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I plan is to run for nature, across glaciers and deserts.
Not because it will save them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But because they are disappearing, and I refuse to look away.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Running across glaciers is my way of showing ownership.<\/strong>
Of turning concern into action.
Of reminding myself, and hopefully others, that this planet is not abstract.
It is physical. Fragile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And worth the effort.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ownership doesn\u2019t have to look the same for everyone.
It doesn\u2019t require extreme actions.
But it does require engagement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It changes the question from
\u201cWhat should they<\/em> do?\u201d
to
\u201cWhat can I<\/em> do<\/strong>?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because no single action will save the planet.
But indifference guarantees that nothing will.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the powerful thing is this: ownership is shared.<\/strong>
This planet belongs to all of uus and therefore, responsibility does too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When everyone takes ownership of a small part,no one is powerless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So maybe real change doesn\u2019t start with new technology or new policies \u2014
but with a simple shift in mindset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From observers\u2026to owners.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
