{"id":22111,"date":"2025-12-19T05:41:41","date_gmt":"2025-12-19T05:41:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sportman.fi\/?p=22111"},"modified":"2025-12-19T05:43:49","modified_gmt":"2025-12-19T05:43:49","slug":"2-x-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sportman.fi\/index.php\/2025\/12\/19\/2-x-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Simulation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Next year I will be running in the desert, covering 50 kilometers per day for about 20 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I divide the daily 50-kilometer stage into two parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the morning I run 30 km, and after a break of about 45\u201360 minutes I run another 20 km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I set off in the morning as soon as there is enough daylight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I drink something every 15 minutes and eat something small every 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the 30 km are done, I eat something a bit more substantial, such as cereal or muesli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After that, I do gear maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I clean sand out of my socks or change them for a new pair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I carefully check my feet to make sure there are no early signs of blisters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sand that gets into your shoes is treacherous.
