I was interviewed by a newspaper on Tuesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right at the start, the journalist asked the worst possible question: why?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why do you run in so-called extreme conditions?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even though I\u2019ve heard that question probably hundreds of times, I still don\u2019t know how to answer it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is it simply that you don\u2019t learn anything from what\u2019s easy?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe the answer isn\u2019t why<\/em>, but what<\/strong><\/em>\u2026 what happens there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The interview will be published in January.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
