These can enhance absorption and boost the effects of the vitamins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overdosing on food-based vitamins is likely rare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berries, for example, offer a combination of polyphenols, antioxidants, and fiber, things you can\u2019t get from a single pill (as far as I know..).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I eat sea buckthorn and blueberries every day.
