It effectively develops the muscles of the whole body (legs, core, back, and arms), and improves cardiovascular fitness and endurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indoor rowing and push-ups make a great combination workout, since the former involves pulling movements and the latter pushing movements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the moment, I run three days in a row, which also includes a total of one to two strength training sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After that, I take one rest day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last week, I spent a total of 15 hours doing forestry work.
