Crossfit-saleille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Liikkeess\u00e4 yhdistyv\u00e4t jalkakyykky, punnerrus ja hypp\u00e4\u00e4minen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suorituksen aikana kuormitetaan k\u00e4si\u00e4, rintaa, hartioita, keskivartaloa, reisi\u00e4 ja pakaroita. Seuraavaksi jaloilla hyp\u00e4t\u00e4\u00e4n takaisin kyykkyasentoon ja hyp\u00e4t\u00e4\u00e4n yl\u00f6s k\u00e4det kohti taivasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Burpee on hiton tehokas liike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I started doing push-ups during my running workouts a couple of years ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I feel that push-ups give my running better posture and activate the core muscles \u2014 especially the abs and back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During my runs in Qatar (November\u2013December 2023), I did an absolute ton of push-ups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every now and then, after a \u201cpush-up run workout,\u201d I\u2019ll throw in a few sets of burpees as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The burpee has its origins in the U.S. military, from where it spread to CrossFit gyms and other training environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The movement combines a squat, a push-up, and a jump.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the exercise, you work your arms, chest, shoulders, core, thighs, and glutes \u2014 and your cardiovascular system gets an excellent workout too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And as a bonus, it also gives you a great agility session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A burpee starts from a standing position.
