For example, blood cells are replaced within a few weeks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the body builds new cells, it uses as raw materials exactly the amino acids, fats, and minerals available <strong>from our diet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the diet lacks certain nutrients or contains excesses, this will, over time, be reflected in the quality and function of our cells. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I recently watched the new <em>Prisma<\/em> documentary, and its content didn\u2019t come as a surprise to me.<a href=\"https:\/\/areena.yle.fi\/1-73989634\">https:\/\/areena.yle.fi\/1-73989634<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re being fed quite a lot of junk \u2014 and across the pond, it\u2019s on a whole other level. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even tiny toddlers are getting it, becoming good customers for the pharmaceutical industry early on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well,<strong> life is all about choices.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>People often say that healthy food is expensive.
